Getting Keys and Using WV Facilities

As outlined on the Woodside Village website www.woodsidevillage.org:

TO OBTAIN A KEY FOR THE POOL/RECREATION AREA, BOAT RAMP, OR TENNIS COURTS, PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE:

REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION :

• $50.00 Refundable Deposit (will be refunded once key is turned back in). 
  •  You MUST bring a photo ID (proof of residency in Woodside Village) to obtain a key. 
  •  Sign a key receipt form and receive a copy of boat ramp usage rules.

Note : The boat ramp lock was re-keyed in December 2003. For residents who have a boat ramp key and need the new key, please contact Matt to exchange the old key for the new one. Please bring an ID (for proof of Woodside Village residency). If you have two keys on record, you will receive a refund of $50.00 deposit funds for the extra key turned in.

RECREATION/POOL AREA & TENNIS COURTS (key info):

REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION :

• Key deposit $12.00 (cash or check payable to Woodside Village Homeowners Association). Proof of WSV residency required. 
  •  Pool Hours: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 
  •  Pool use is for Woodside Village residents and their guests only. A sponsoring resident must accompany guests at all times. 
  •  Please keep door closed while at the pool area. Do not prop open the door as the pool and recreation area usage is for residents only.

RESERVING POOL/CABANA AREA FOR PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS:

Note: It is important that you reserve the pool area at least (1) week prior to your event. There is a $50.00 (refundable) deposit required for reserving the pool.

Attached below is the document you will need to fill out and send with your deposit. Detailed instructions are on the form.

• Call Attwood Phillips Customer Service first to check on availability. 
  •  Fill out Agreement for Usage (Attwood Phillips can email, fax, or mail this to you). 
  •  $50.00 refundable deposit required in advance. Check will be returned after your party/function if the pool/recreation area, and all tables, chairs, etc. are left in good condition.
